Day Pass
Work for a day, no strings attached. Ideal for travelers passing through, remote workers who need a change of scene, or anyone who wants to test-drive the space. Grab any open seat in our common areas and enjoy all the amenities from 9am to 6pm (business hours). It’s a plug-and-play solution – just bring your laptop, settle in, and get productive. Day Pass users can mingle with members, enjoy the pantry, and even join us for community coffee chats. It’s flexibility at its finest, one day at a time.
Hot Desk
Your flexible monthly membership. A Hot Desk plan gives you unlimited access to a shared workspace area on a monthly basis. Come in any day (weekday or weekend), find an available desk in the hot-desking zone, and get to work. You’ll love the freedom of movement – sit by the window one day or in the lounge the next, it’s up to you! This plan is perfect for freelancers, remote employees, or small teams on the go. You still get all member perks like high-speed internet, printing facilities, and 24/7 access via our keycard system. It’s like a gym membership for your work – drop in anytime and use any open desk.
Dedicated Desk
Your very own desk to call home. This option reserves one specific desk for you in a shared area all month long. Leave your monitor, your family photo, or your favourite plant – it’s your permanent space. You’ll get a lockable locker to store your belongings, and secured access during our open hours. Dedicated Desks are great for those who crave the vibe of co-working but also want a consistent spot to set up each day. You’ll build camaraderie with your “desk neighbours” while having your personal oasis. Plus, you still enjoy all the common areas when you need a break. It’s the best of both worlds – stability and community in one.
Private Offices
A room of your own (or for your team). Our private offices give you an enclosed, lockable space that fits teams of 1 to 6 (depending on the office size). It’s fully furnished with desks, ergonomic chairs, and storage, and ready for move-in. Enjoy ultimate privacy for calls and meetings, while still being just steps away from the shared amenities and buzz of the co-working floor. It is like having a traditional office but without the hassle of managing one. We take care of cleaning, maintenance, and security. Invite clients over for meetings (the impressive modern office décor is sure to wow them) or brainstorm in peace behind your own door. When you need a break, join the community in the lounge. It’s your sanctuary and HQ, all in one.
Virtual Office
Business presence, zero commute. Need a reputable business address and call/mail handling without a physical desk? Our Virtual Office plan is the answer. Use our prestigious Petaling Jaya address as your own – perfect for registering your company or impressing clients on your business card. We’ll handle your mail (with notifications and forwarding options) and even field incoming calls if you opt for our call-answering add-on. You can book our meeting rooms at a preferred rate for those occasional in-person meetings. A virtual plan is ideal for entrepreneurs or startups who work remotely but want the credibility and benefits of a physical office. You’ll also be invited to our community events and have the option to purchase day passes at a special member price whenever you need to work on-site. It’s low-cost, high-value, and completely hassle-free.
Meeting rooms
Brainstorm, present, collaborate. Three X Workspace offers several meeting rooms of varying sizes (from a cozy 4-person huddle room to a larger 10-person boardroom). Whether it’s a team brainstorming session, a client presentation, or a virtual conference call, you can book by the hour or day. Members receive a few hours of free meeting room use each month (depending on membership type) and discounted rates thereafter. Outside clients are welcome to book our meeting rooms too – simply contact us for availability.
Event Spaces
Host events that inspire. Need space for a workshop, training session, or a casual networking event? Our flexible event area can be configured to suit your needs – from rows of chairs for a talk (up to 50 pax) to open space for a product launch or a bespoke event. It opens up to the lounge area for easy catering setups or mingling. Event bookings can be half-day or full-day, with support from our team to ensure everything runs smoothly. As a Three X Workspace member, you enjoy special rates for event space rental; non-members are welcome to book as well. It’s a creative canvas ready for your next big gathering – with the cool co-working vibe as a backdrop.
